The Turbine Disc V2 discs are designed to reduce grass clogs under Mammotion LUBA 1, LUBA 2, LUBA 2X and LUBA 3 robots.

Thanks to their ventilated geometry, integrated disc covers and reinforced structure, they replace the original discs to improve grass ejection, limit deck fouling and achieve a more consistent cut.

The Turbine Disc V2 discs are designed for Mammotion LUBA robot users who experience grass clogs, an uneven cut or a deck that is difficult to clean after mowing.

Their ventilated shape generates a directional airflow that helps to evacuate grass before it accumulates under the robot. The result: smoother mowing, fewer stops for cleaning and a cleaner cutting deck, especially in dense, wet or matted grass.

The fins of the Turbine Disc V2 create an air movement under the deck. This flow helps clear the cutting area and limits grass accumulation around the blades.

Reinforced structure and technical material

The discs are made from a high-resistance technical material, adapted to the stresses of a robotic lawnmower: shocks, vibrations, heat, humidity and repeated efforts under the cutting deck.

The structure has been optimized to combine rigidity, lightness and resistance. The disc is approximately 30% lighter than an original disc, while maintaining good rigidity thanks to its reinforced geometry.

Pay attention to the mounting direction

Turbine Discs are directional: the direction of the fins directly influences the airflow and therefore the anti-clogging performance.

For optimal results, mount the discs exactly as indicated in the diagram or assembly video. The right and left sides are defined when the robot is on the ground.

Frequently asked questions about LUBA anti-clogging discs

Are these discs compatible with all LUBA robots?

These discs are designed for Mammotion LUBA 1, LUBA 2, LUBA 2X and LUBA 3 robots. They are not intended for LUBA Mini models, which use a specific version.

What's the difference from the original discs?

Turbine Disc V2 use ventilated fins and integrated disc covers. The aim is to limit grass accumulation around the blades and screws, while improving cutting consistency.

Are the blades included?

Two versions are available depending on the chosen option: with 49 mm Bosch Indego-style blades or without blades.

Do I have to remove the disc covers to change the blades?

No. The design allows blades to be replaced without removing the disc covers.

Is it effective on wet or dense grass?

The discs are designed to improve grass ejection and reduce clogs, especially in difficult conditions. However, very wet, very tall or very sticky grass may require more frequent maintenance.

Does installation require modifying the robot?

No. Installation does not require permanent modification of the robot. The discs must simply be installed in the correct direction for the airflow to work properly.
