3000F, 6000F or 12000F: which set is planned?

Mammotion announces two discs on the 3000F and 6000F. This is not enough to confirm identical fastenings between the two robots: each will be checked before sale.
An adaptation derived from the LUBA 2 Turbine Disc
Our starting point is the Turbine Disc V2 for LUBA 1, 2, 2X, and 3: ventilated geometry, reinforced fins, and integrated plate covers. We aim to adapt these principles to the new LUBA 4 to work on grass clipping discharge and protection of the blade fixings.
The diameter, rotation direction, mass, blades, and fastenings will be defined after measurements. Current LUBA 2 discs are not presented as compatible with LUBA 4.
From adaptation to robot testing
- Robot access: we are waiting to be able to examine the machine and its original plates.
- Measurements and design: checking the fastening interface, clearances around the disc, and available space for the blades.
- Prototype and checks: checking assembly, blade freedom of movement, clearances, balancing, and rotational behavior.
- Mowing tests: observing the cut, grass accumulation, and maintenance before any commercial validation.
These steps are planned; they have not yet been carried out on the new models. We will publish photos, test results, and assembly instructions here as they become available.

Questions about LUBA 4 AWD 3000F / 6000F discs
Do LUBA 2 or LUBA 3 discs fit on the LUBA 4?
This compatibility is not confirmed. We need to physically check the fastenings, dimensions, and clearances. Wait for the LUBA 4 version to be validated before choosing your discs.
Will the same pack be suitable for both LUBA 4 3000F and 6000F?
A set of two discs is planned for these two models, subject to checks on each. We will specify if a single version or separate adaptations are necessary.
Can I order or pre-order these discs?
Not yet. Orders will open after testing and validation of the relevant version, when we can indicate its price and availability.
Will blades and screws be included?
The exact content will be indicated after validation: number and type of compatible blades, screws, and any options with or without blades. The characteristics of current versions are not automatically transferable.
Do I need to modify the robot to mount the discs?
The fastening method and assembly procedure will be confirmed after examination of the machine. We cannot yet guarantee assembly without modification.
Will these discs improve cutting in wet or dense grass?
The objective of the Turbine Disc range is to limit grass accumulation and facilitate maintenance of the cutting area. The results on these new robots remain to be measured; no performance gains are announced before testing.
