Shipping policy

Thom Concept ships to mainland France and to European Union countries available at checkout. Available delivery methods and charges are displayed before the order is confirmed.

After payment has been confirmed, orders are usually handed over to the carrier within 24 hours with Mondial Relay or within 48 hours with Colissimo. These are processing and dispatch times. Carrier transit time is additional.

Weekends, public holidays, busy periods or exceptional circumstances may extend these times.

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order.

Customers must check their address before confirming an order. If an error is found, they should contact Thom Concept immediately through the contact form. Changes can no longer be guaranteed after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

If a parcel is visibly damaged, customers are encouraged to record precise reservations with the carrier and contact Thom Concept promptly with photographs. This does not limit the customer’s statutory rights.
