Are the accessories compatible with all LUBA models?

Yes, unless otherwise stated, our products are designed to fit all LUBA models (LUBA 1, LUBA 2, AWD, 5000, 10000X, etc.). Check the product sheet for exact compatibility details.

Do you also offer accessories for YUKA robots?

Yes, many of our accessories (cutting discs, fins, RTK antenna protection, etc.) are compatible with YUKA models. Compatibility is specified in each product sheet.

How to install 6-blade cutting discs?

Installation is simple and requires no special tools. We recommend consulting our installation guide available on the product page or in the blog section.

Are the accessories 3D printed?

Yes, all our accessories are designed and 3D printed in our workshop in Auvergne, with robust and durable technical materials, suitable for outdoor use.

Isn't 3D printing too fragile?

Not necessarily. With equivalent design and materials, a 3D-printed part is generally slightly more fragile than an injected or machined part. But original parts are often designed with compromises to reduce costs or weight (because weight = production and transportation costs). At Thom Concept, each accessory is specifically designed for 3D printing, without compromising on design, with technical materials and optimized printing parameters. As a result, we often achieve greater strength than original parts.

Finally, rather than trying to make a part unbreakable, we design our accessories so that they are simply not exposed to impacts. This is the case, for example, with our turbine discs, whose covers protect the screws and prevent any contact with obstacles.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The products on the site are in stock, except in exceptional cases. Shipping is generally within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

Can I return an item if I made a mistake?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us to initiate the process.

How do I know if an accessory is in stock?

Products displayed as available on the website are in stock or manufactured to order quickly. If in doubt, contact us by email.

Do you offer custom accessories?

We do not offer customization on demand. However, if you have a suggestion for an accessory, a variation for a specific robot model, or a specific need, please do not hesitate to contact us. We regularly review customer feedback to develop our range, and we may be able to develop a suitable solution.
