These Turbine discs are designed to improve cutting performance on the Dreame A3 AWD and MOVA LiDAX Ultra AWD while limiting grass build-up under the robot.
Unlike the original discs, which are fitted with 3 blades, this version uses 6 blades per disc, providing twice as many cutting points. The blades used are Bosch Indego-type blades, known for their cutting quality and durability over time.
With 6 blades per disc, the robot has more cutting edge available on each rotation. This provides a more even cut, particularly in dense or tall grass or during periods of rapid growth.
The result is cleaner mowing, with fewer torn or poorly cut grass blades and a more even appearance across the lawn.
The Bosch Indego-type blades used on these discs have an effective cutting-edge length of approximately 30 mm, compared with approximately 12 mm for the original blades.
This represents approximately +150% effective cutting-edge length per blade. Combined with the increase from 3 to 6 blades per disc, this significantly increases the cutting capacity available under the robot.
Bosch Indego-type blades improve cutting quality thanks to their longer usable cutting edge and higher quality.
They provide a cleaner cut while reducing premature wear compared with shorter or lower-quality blades.
The Turbine shape of the disc generates active airflow as it rotates. This airflow helps remove cut grass and limits its accumulation around the blades and under the cutting deck.
This is particularly useful when the grass is dense or slightly damp, or when the robot works regularly during periods of rapid growth.
The smooth, rounded shapes around the fasteners limit grass wrapping around the screws. The blades remain freer, cleaning is easier, and the robot retains better cutting conditions over time.
This version does not require a left or right installation direction. The discs can be installed without having to distinguish between a left-hand and a right-hand side.

TURBINE DISC DREAME/MOVA
The Turbine Disc combines a main disc with radial geometry and an integrated disc cover that protects the fasteners. This anti-clogging architecture is unique to Dreame A3 AWD and MOVA LiDAX Ultra AWD models.
The smooth surface helps grass to glide over it instead of wrapping around the screws.
The integrated disc cover protects the screw heads and reduces grass wrapping around the fastenings.
The variant with blades includes 12 compatible Bosch blades, 6 per disk.
The 3D printed manufacturing process uses a reinforced fin base, rounded corners, a peripheral rib, and recessed ends.
