FAQ – LUBA & YUKA Accessories

Are the accessories compatible with all LUBA models?

No. Compatibility varies by product, robot generation and model year. Check the exact compatibility stated on each product page before ordering.

Do you also offer accessories for YUKA robots?

Yes. Selected cutting discs, spoilers, disc guards and RTK accessories are compatible with YUKA or YUKA Mini. Check each product page for the exact model.

How do I install Thom Concept cutting discs?

Installation depends on the disc and robot model. Follow the instructions on the relevant product page and contact us before installation if anything is unclear.

Are the accessories 3D printed?

Thom Concept parts are designed and 3D printed in our workshop in Auvergne using technical materials suited to outdoor use. Consumables such as blades and screws are sourced components.

Isn't 3D printing too fragile?

Not necessarily. With equivalent design and materials, a 3D-printed part is generally slightly more fragile than an injected or machined part. But original parts are often designed with compromises to reduce costs or weight (because weight = production and transportation costs). At Thom Concept, each accessory is specifically designed for 3D printing, without compromising on design, with technical materials and optimized printing parameters. This design approach allows the material, geometry and printing parameters to be adapted to the mechanical function of each part.

Finally, rather than trying to make a part unbreakable, we design our accessories so that they are simply not exposed to impacts. This is the case, for example, with our turbine discs, whose covers help protect the fasteners from direct contact with obstacles.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Products shown as available can be ordered; an out-of-stock product is identified on its product page. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours with Mondial Relay or within 48 hours with Colissimo. These are processing times; carrier transit time is additional. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

Can I return an item if I made a mistake?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Contact us through the contact form to initiate the process and follow the withdrawal policy.
