An adaptation to study for Navimow X4 mowers
The Segway Navimow X420, X430 and X450 use a twin-disc cutting platform. We want to study a Turbine Disc adaptation for this family, checking each version and its mounting.
What your mower can tell us
Your photos and measurements will help us assess the mounting, disc geometry and space beneath the mower. Borrowing an original disc would let us examine the mounting and clearances more precisely.
You do not need to dismantle your mower to apply. We will discuss the information needed after our first conversation.
A test on your mower, at home
Once the adaptation is ready for testing, we guide you through a validation test on your own mower and collect your feedback. Your mower stays with you throughout the collaboration.
What still needs to be validated
Compatibility, mounting and disc behaviour must be studied and tested. The original X4 cutting system already addresses grass flow, so we make no performance improvement claims before testing.
The kit for the selected owner
After completing your agreed contribution and once a validated adaptation has been manufactured, you will receive two Turbine Discs with the agreed blades for your mower at no charge. The exact kit contents will be confirmed before collaboration begins.
